Screen printing method makes the design last as long as the life span of the tee. Each piece was hand screen printed individually and uniquely using environmentally friendly ink. A design stencil was created using a cutting machine and adhesive (or iron-on) vinyl. They will then be attached to a silk frame. The ink was pushed through the silk frame in order to apply the design on the tee. The last but very important step is to cure the design under controlled heat in order to set the design and make it permanent on the fabric.
